Partnerships and products – living responsibility together
Omniprotect relies on responsible collaboration with selected specialized dealers and manufacturers who stand for quality, responsible action, and social responsibility.
One of our long-standing partners is AAV GmbH Arbeitsschutz, the lead distributor of the Semperguard brand in Germany. Through this partnership, we source a carefully curated assortment of branded items with environmental and material properties specified by the manufacturer.
Of particular note is the EcoVadis Silver Rating (2026) of our partner Harps, which represents documented standards in the areas of environment, labor and human rights, and business ethics (ESG). Other brands in our assortment – such as Portwest (EcoVadis Gold 2026) or Atlas – have also been recognized through independent ESG assessments and stand for durable workplace protection products as well as documented standards in their supply chains.
In this way, we enable you to choose a product in which safety and responsibility go hand in hand.
In addition to strong partnerships, we place great emphasis on products and alternatives with special properties, such as through recycled materials, material savings, or other features specified by the manufacturer. We deal intensively with safety shoes that have such properties and are in close exchange with leading manufacturers. Brands like Atlas, Maspica, Cofra, or U-Power already offer innovative shoes that, according to the manufacturer, rely on more resource-efficient production processes and continuously reduce material and energy consumption in manufacturing.
Together with these suppliers, we regularly discuss how material use and emissions in production can be further reduced in the future.
This combination of strong partnerships and innovative products underlines our commitment to building fair and transparent supply chains. Together with our partners, we want to minimize risks, promote progress, and assume responsibility for the environment and society in occupational safety.
Our concrete steps
Operating more responsibly is a continuous process. Therefore, we are implementing the following measures step by step:
- Adding selected safety shoes, workwear, and other products with special environmental and material properties – such as recycled content or reduced material usage – to our product range.
- Shipping with GLS KlimaProtect or DPD – programs by the shipping service providers for emission reduction and compensation. Details on the scope and documentation are provided by the shipping service providers.
- Suitable shipping boxes are reused multiple times whenever possible.
- Reduction of packaging and plastic material, e.g., by omitting delivery note pouches – invoices are sent digitally by email.
- We pay attention to the efficient use of resources and regularly review possibilities to reduce material and energy consumption in administration and warehousing, e.g., through LED lighting.
- We support our customers with transparent information on product properties and material alternatives and optimize our advice to avoid returns – please feel free to use our practical size advisor, our AI advisor, or contact us personally.
We view sustainability as a continuous process. Therefore, we regularly review and further develop our measures.
