With omniprotect.de, both private customers and companies order quickly and easily.

Do I have to create a customer account?
No, you can also order as a guest. However, a customer account offers advantages:
- Overview of orders and delivery status
- Managing your delivery addresses
- Participation in promotions and special offers
How do I create a customer account?
Click on "Your Account" > "Register" at the top. Fill out the "I am a new customer" form, assign a password – done.
Forgot your password – what to do?
When logging in, click on "I forgot my password" and follow the instructions. You will receive an email to reset your password.

How secure is my data?
Your data is protected by SSL encryption. The lock symbol in the browser line confirms this. Your data will be used exclusively for order processing.

Shipping and delivery
What are the shipping costs?
- Safety shoes: always free shipping (within Germany, mainland)
- Other items: free shipping from €150 (incl. VAT)
- Including: €6.95 shipping (incl. VAT)
- Island surcharge: €17.85 (incl. VAT)
How fast is it delivered?
We usually ship stock goods within 24-48 hours. In case of longer delivery times, you will receive an order confirmation.
What does DPD Predict mean?
Your order will be delivered reliably with DPD – including DPD Predict, at no additional cost. You can:
- to parcel shop or neighbours
- Postpone delivery day
- Granting permission to deposit
- Use live tracking with a 30-minute time slot
- Receive notifications by email or SMS

What to do if an item is missing?
Please check the delivery note. For items that are not immediately available, we will send partial deliveries. The delivery note shows which items have already been delivered.

Article currently not available – is it coming back?
Many items are regularly replenished. In the case of discontinued items, this is clearly marked on the article.
How do I know availability?
The delivery time is displayed directly on the item and updated daily.
Returns – how does it work?
You can return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days. The process is done via the returns portal or customer service. We will send you a return label.
Change or cancel order?
Contact us as early as possible – as long as your order has not been processed, changes are usually possible without any problems.
